Germany is not only supplying heavy weapons itself, but is also trying to get other countries to provide more heavy weapons support to Ukraine.
For this purpose, the "Ringtausch" program was created. Roughly translated, it means "circular exchange". Germany supplies weapons to a third nation, while this nation in return gives its own weapons to Ukraine.
