The German drone manufacturer Quantum Systems announced this today in a press release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The drones are manufactured by Quantum Frontline Industries. This is a joint venture between Quantum Systems and the Ukrainian defence contractor Frontline Industries, which was only established towards the end of last year as part of the Ukrainian \u201cBuild with Ukraine\u201d initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quantum Systems provided the industrial infrastructure and production operations, while Frontline Robotics contributed the licensed designs of the drones, training, and full lifecycle support in line with NATO standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plan is to manufacture up to 10,000 LINZA UAVs in Germany each year and then supply them to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. True to the principle of \u201cDesigned in Ukraine\u201d but \u201cMade in Germany\u201d. It is an undertaking that is unique in Germany to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not publicly known exactly how many drones are to be handed over to Ukraine.
